Spiritual Direction

Tend your soul. Connect with God through interior reflection and healing prompted by the movement of the Holy Spirit.

Through conversation, listening, waiting and asking questions, a spiritual director will help you pay attention to your inner life, notice God’s presence and activity and encourage you as you listen to the movements of your soul.

“Spiritual direction is holy listening, not that the listener is holy, but that the listening is.” Margaret Gunther

As your spiritual director I’d be honored to listen alongside you.
